INEC party finance & audit resources

The requested political-parties page returned INEC's not-found/search fallback. That fallback lists annual finance, campaign income and expenditure forms, a 2018 annual-audit notice, a 2015 audit invitation, and a 2019 compliance-verification document. The wp1 legacy host failed DNS resolution. These are discovery leads, not retrieved audited accounts.

Recover current document URLs from the official library, check terms and robots, then preserve original files with SHA-256, extract tables with page references and manually validate amounts. Retry alternate domains and archives before requesting unavailable filings. Daily discovery during election periods; historical backfill separately. Rate limits and pagination remain unconfirmed.
