Evidence

The 2011 summary covers 23 parties in the PDF (63 in the newspaper version INEC says it published). Eight parties' expenditure figures are loaded on the Money page.

Limitations

Whole-year party spending, not election-only spending. Auditors note some parties' books were not properly kept. Figures are what parties claimed.

Ingestion plan

Figures checked word for word against the PDF text and published by ingest/build_spending.py. The 2015 accounts of APC and PDP come from Premium Times' report of the filings, not from INEC.

Expected records, as stated: 8 party-year expenditure figures loaded (2011).
